The Michelin guide for Hong Kong and Macau 2014 has been released and features three new three-starred restaurants with Bo Innovation, Sushi Shikon and The Eight all receiving the top accolade from Michelin.
Restaurant Pierre at the Mandarin Oriental earned a second star - the restaurant which is run by chef Pierre Gagnaire was up from one star, joining T'ang Court, and Wagyu Takumi which also received two-star ratings in the guide.
In the one star category 16 new restaurants were awarded stars, 12 in Hong Kong and four in Macau.
The total stars in the guide now stands at seven three-star restaurants, 15 two-stars and 51 one-stars.
