The food festival Taste of Sydney kicks of on March 14th and promises four days of food packed action that will see over 120 producers present a range of ingredients to up to 25,000 hungry revelers.
Some of Sydney's top chefs will be on display as crowds flock to taste a selection of dishes by some of the best restaurants in the city. 20 restaurants will offer special meals at the festival - Sake, Claude's, Muse Dining and Jonah's to name just a few with a great mix of cuisines that reflect the divers range of foods on offer throughout Sydney.
All the chefs at this year's festival will showcase seasonal and premium ingredients. On top of all the food they'll be a chance for visitors to learn some new skills in the kitchen with a range of interactive master classes for people to hone their skills.
For those wanting an authentic taste of Italy the Acqua Panna stand will provide an outdoor Italian cafe with a great selection of Sanpellegrino Sparkling Fruit Beverages.
For those with a hankering for cocktails they'll be the chance to practice the perfect pours at the Art of Cocktail Making class. With great weather, beautiful scenery and some of the freshest and tastiest ingredients around it's going to be four days of fun packed food adventure.
