This year's chef congress focuses on 'design' with a line-up of creative chef speakers from around the world.
Chefs Paolo Casagrande, Vladimir Mukhin and Andoni Luis Aduriz are just a few of the international guest speakers lined up to present at this year's Turkish food congress, Gastromasa, at the Haliç Congress Center in Istanbul on 7 November.
This 6th edition of the chef congress will focus on 'design', with 18 creative professionals from around the world, including Spain, Russia, Germany, USA and Italy, sharing how design has featured in their work giving a number of demo performances and presentations.
For example, Casagrande, head chef at 3 Michelin-starred Lasarte, will focus on the care dedicated to the art and architecture of the space where the restaurant is located and also to the design of important items such as the restaurant’s crockery.
