The autumn brings with it its fair share of new restaurants to try out in Paris, where the coronavirus crisis has not held back the momentum of some chefs.
Here are all the restaurant openings to look out for in Paris:

Mosuke

We spoke about Mory Sacko a few weeks ago, the candidate from the last season of France's Top Chef, who will open his very first restaurant, Mosuke, in September. Here you'll be able to discover a cuisine inspired by French, Japanese and African influences, with a touch of originality.
While waiting, you can already discover the chef's cuisine at Edo, at the Palais de Tokyo.
Where? Mosuke, 11 rue Raymond Losserand, 75014 Paris
Nosso
After Tempero, Alessandra Montagne opens Nosso ('Our' in Portuguese) a stone's throw away from the François Mitterrand library. The Brazilian chef will cook her specialties using products from the Ile-de-France region, served in the dining room and also on the terrace.
Where? Nosso, 22 promenade Claude Levi Strauss, 75013 Paris.

After the famous Eels restaurant, Adrien Ferrand will open his second establishment, Brigade du Tigre, in the company of his childhood friend Galien Emery. On the menu? Asian street food to eat in or take away. China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand... cuisines from many countries will be represented.
Where? Brigade du Tigre, 38 rue du Faubourg Poissonnière, 75010 Paris.
Pique-Poule
After an first address in the Opéra district, Benjamin Baches opens a second Pique-Poule in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris. What's on the menu? Roast chicken from Gers, seasonal vegetables, homemade fries, pulled chicken sandwiches... all to eat in or take away.
Where? Pique-Poule, 142 rue de Saint-Denis, 75002 Paris.
Gros Bao
Petit Bao's big brother opens its doors on the Canal Saint-Martin and pays homage to the canteens of Hong Kong.
Where? Gros Bao, 72 quai de Jemmapes, 75010 Paris.
Frenchie Pigalle
Frenchie Pigalle already opened its doors in the Grand Pigalle Hotel at the start of this summer, but we bet that it will still make the buzz in September. This new restaurant by Greg Marchand offers cuisine to share, such as sweetbread nuggets, caviar and cream, or smoked ricotta, roasted apricot with rosemary and chive oil sabayon.
Where? Frenchie Pigalle, Grand Pigalle Hotel, 29 rue Victor Massé, 75009 Paris
Eats Thyme
Lovers of Lebanese cuisine, this new restaurant is for you. Carla Rebeiz dusts down traditional cuisine coming up with irresistible croissants stuffed with zaatar, mezze labneh but also man'oushe (flatbread with toppings such as za'atar and cheese) to die for. The place is open all day, from breakfast to dinner.
Where? Eats Thyme, 44 rue Coquillière, 75001 Paris
Marchon
On 1 September, chef Alexandre Marchon (former consultant for Mr Culbuto, Caminito, Polichinnelle, etc.) will open his very first restaurant in Paris. Expect vegetables to take centre stage with meat and fish becoming side dishes, all enjoyed with crazy sauces.
Where? Marchon, 161 rue Saint-Maur, 75001 Paris.
Onii-San
Onii-San is a new restaurant by Arthur Cohen, Olivier Léone and Issac Romero, a trio passionate about Japanese culture, having spent a lot of time there. The idea? Discover the spirit of the Tokyo izakayas, dining at counters with a relaxed atmosphere, where you can try small plates with sake. The place can accommodate up to 38 guests and offers a lunch menu at 20 degrees.
Where? Onii-San, 82 rue des Archives, 75003 Paris.

At noon, you can take your lunch away with you before sitting down in the evening to discover fine cuisine based on sakes and wines from around the world.
