Parabere Forum 2020

PARABERE Forum returns with a 6th edition bringing together the top opinion leaders, food activists, international scientists, farmers, chefs and sommeliers from around the world to Istanbul on 1 and 2nd March 2020 to debate this year's theme, “The Future of Food."

The conference organised by journalist/author Maria Canabal has featured guests like Anne-Sophie Pic, Lara Gilmore from Osteria Francescana and soul for food, pioneering world-famous Danish chef René Redzepi and world-class British mixologist Alex Kratena in past editions.
