Mirazur to Pop-Up In Madrid

Mirazur, the restaurant in Menton on the French Riviera that currently sits at number three on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list, will be popping up in Madrid later this year, as part of the In Residence series.
Chef Mauro Colagreco will be moving the entire Mirazur team to the NH Collection Eurobuilding hotel in the Spanish capital from November 12 to December 2, where he'll serve a special autumn menu, priced at $210 excluding drinks.
Diners can expect Colagreco's signature border cuisine, drawing on his Italian and Argentinian roots and French training under the likes of Alain Passard and Alain Ducasse, with a strong emphasis on market produce.
In Residence is an annual event, which transports some of the world's best chefs and restaurants to Madrid, including previously Grant Achatz and Alinea, Nacho Manzano of Casa Marcial, and Colombian chefs/restaurants from the Latin America's 50 Best Resturants list.

Colagreco has also just released a book reflecting on the first decade of Mirazur, containing 65 recipes from the restaurant.
