Argentine-Italian chef Mauro Colagreco's Mirazur, located in Menton, France, has been ranked as one of the world best restaurants in the famous list since 2009. But in 2019, the restaurant clinched the number one spot, and entered the 'Best of the Best' hall of fame.

Colagreco's dishes embrace the surroundings in a unique and all-encompassing way, always looking for the freshest seafood and the best ingredients, from Menton’s citrus fruits, to Piedmont nuts. Colagreco’s talent lies in his sensitive balance of place and flavour, merging influences from mountains and the sea.
