New casual fine-dining spot, The Waterside Restaurant, located in the Pierhead building in Cape Town, offers a sophisticated menu as well as a scenic deck area from which guests can enjoy ocean views as they dine.
Head chef Roxy Mudie, previously sous chef at both La Colombe and Protégé, has created a vibrant and eclectic menu for the new destination restaurant, showcasing a stunning selection of dishes, from Cape Malay crayfish salad, to Asian pork belly with scallops.
The Waterside is a new venture from La Colombe Group, headed by Scot Kirton, along with fine dining restaurant PIER, located on the floor above.
