Tickets are Now on Sale for Gelinaz! Sao Paulo 2016

Walking shoes at the ready, tickets for the next exciting instalment of Gelinaz! Walk With Us go on sale today. Join the exclusive dining event where diners take to their feet on a five hour tour of some of Sao Paulo, Brazil's finest restaurants on Sunday 1st May 2016.

Sponsored by S.Pellegrino the unique dining experience promises a night like no other in the culinary calendar.  Diners will be treated to a 16 course tasting menu prepared by 14 top chefs in various venues all reached by foot.

Each of the 100 guests attending the dinner will be presented with 8 starters, 4 mains and 4 desserts in a mix up of cultures and styles.

The Chef Line-Up

The chef line-up includes some of the most acclaimed chefs in the country, as follows; 

Rodrigo Oliveira, Mocotó, Alex Atala, Dom, Thiago Castanho, Remanso do Bosque, Helena Rizzo and Daniel Redondo, Mani, Manu Buffara, Manu, Alberto Landgraf, Jefferson Rueda, Casa do Porco, Thomas Troisgros, Olympe.

From further afield other esteemed chefs cooking on the night include:

Peruvian chefs Virgilio Martinez, Central and Mitsuharu Tsumura, Maido, the French chef Inaki AIizptarte, Le Chateaubriand, Chilean chef Chefrodolfo Guzman, Borago and finally Portuguese chef leonardo pereira, Areias do Seixo.

Randomly teamed-up in “quartets”, each GELINAZ! chefs’ team will create four dishes interpreting and remixing two original 4-courses menus specially created for the event by Seu Ze Almeida and son Rodrigo Oliveira. 

In true Gelinaz! style, 'expect the order of service to be a little shaken-up...'
