Terra Madre Salone del Gusto 2022

Terra Madre Salone del Gusto returns to Turin with a theme dedicated to 'Regeneration' and renewal. The event will host a market with over 600 exhibitors, conferences, tastings, workshops and conferences for the exchange of ideas and cross-cultural pollination about the future of food, and exploring the role that food can play in the regeneration of the planet's environment.

With a mix of local experts, as well as those from farther afield, from Cuba to Azerbaijan, there is something for everyone, whether they come from the world of hospitality, agriculture, retail or just food enthusiasts. 

This year's event is a hybrid model with events online and streamed from Turin, as well as around the world from the network of Slow Food associations. It is an event with a global reach and a global impact.
