S.Pellegrino Young Chef's Mark Moriarty and Angelo Scirocco will deliver an exciting four hands dinner in the newly opened Johannesburg restaurant, Urbanologi.
S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2015, Mark Moriarty, will join old friend, restaurateur and winner of the Middle East and Africa Young Chef 2015 final, Angelo Scirocco, at his Johannesburg restaurant, Urbanologi , for a special four hands dinner on 28 July.
The S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna sponsored evening will be a great opportunity for the two Young Chefs to re-unite as allies in the kitchen. Combining their professional skills the two young talents have created a four and six course tasting menu (see menus below) tailored to the exclusive evening.
Both young chefs have blossomed professionally in the 12 months that have passed since S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2015: Irishman Moriarty embarked on a global tour, cooking in a number of prestigious events and four hands dinners since his win, while Angelo Scirocco has been busy bringing his experimental urban–themed restaurant to life inside the revamped Johannesburg brewery.
The exclusive four and six course tasting menu will be a unique chance to enjoy the talents of two young chefs, from opposite sides of the hemisphere, in their evolving careers in the newly opened stunning location of Urbanologi.
