Save the Date: International Alba White Truffle Fair

You have less than a month to secure tickets for the 84th annual Alba International White Truffle Fair. Attended by celebrities and the who's who of the culinary world, the monthlong festival celebrates one of the world's rarest and most precious fungi.

Taking place from October 11th through November 16th in the city center of Alba, a town at the foothills of the Italian Alps,  the fair will offer plenty of opportunities to enjoy truffles in all their splendor.

One of the highlights of the festival is the Alba White Truffle Market, which will open on weekends and offer not just truffles but local specialties like pastas, cheeses and baked goods. 

Also be on the lookout for the Alba Truffle Show which will feature cooking demos from international chefs. Participating culinary talent includes chef Ken Frank from the Michelin-starred Ristorante La Toque in Napa, California and acclaimed Italian chef Matteo Baronetto from Turin's Del Campo restaurant.
