Madrid Fusión 2021

Spain’s leading gastronomy conference, Madrid Fusión, returns in May/June, and for the first time, attendees can go in person in the city of Feria de Madrid or attend virtually, online. The main theme for the conference is Circular Gastronomy and the transformation of the customer into a form of activist who is aware of every link in the food chain.
