'Live in Italian' Pop-Up Restaurant Coming To London

The 'Live in Italian, Live From London' Pop-Up Restaurant

This summer London will be the stage for the ultimate fine dining experience: the 'Live in Italian' pop-up restaurant that will bring a taste of Italy to the banks of the Thames River.

To make this decadent affair a reality S.Pellegrino is partnering with two Michelin-starred chefs: Theo Randall of Theo Randall at The Intercontinental and Phil Howard of The Square. Together, they will fuse British and Italian cuisine for a three-course menu to be served at the Live in Italian, Live from London restaurant.

When is it Happening?

The special dinners will take place on two separate evenings in July, with the menu being crafted using ingredients traditionally associated with British fare. After a sparkling reception, chefs Theo and Phil will treat diners to live cooking demonstrations in a candlelit setting. 

Unlike other restaurant experiences, diners will be encouraged to interact with the chefs and ask questions as they enjoy a three-course meal paired with fine Italian wines. Chef Phil will host the first of two evening events on Friday, 3rd July. Then on Saturday, 4th July, award-winning Italian Chef Theo will take over.

Also on the Menu: Casual Fine-Dining Lunches

As a special treat, diners interested in a more casual fine dining experience may attend lunch with up-and-coming British Chef Chris Denney, who has worked at various Michelin-starred restaurants across the globe.  Denney will be creating an exclusive lunchtime menu of Italian style tapas fused with British ingredients served outdoors.

As it this weren't exciting enough, Denney will also take to the stage to show off his creations, demonstrating alongside the S.Pellegrino UK & Ireland Young Chef of the Year 2015 winner, Mark Moriarty, as well as runner-up Jamie Coleman.
