Le Fooding Paris 2014 Honors Chef Alain Passard

Legendary French chef Alain Passard has trained dozens of young chefs who've gone on to make a name for themselves in the global culinary scene. Now, eight of his disciples are honoring Passard by preparing six special meals inspired by his famed restaurant L'Arpége.

The meals will be prepared during Le Fooding Paris 2014, an annual off-beat food festival sponsored by S.Pellegrino, taking place November 15th and 16th. In total, there will be three special lunches and three special dinners in which Passard's disciples re-interpret their master's dishes.

Participating chefs include Bjorn Frantzen from the two Michelin-starred Restaurant Frantzen in Stockholm, Sweden; Mauro Colagreco from the two Michelin-starred Mirazur in Menton, France; Parisian chef Tatiana Levha from the newly opened Le Servan; and Ludo Lefebvre from Trois Mec in Los Angeles.
