40 world-renowned chefs and pastry chefs, 10 sommeliers, 6 mixologists, industry speakers, investors and opinion leaders will convene to discuss sustainability and biodiversity at this year's creative conference held annually in Istanbul.
Gastronomy professionals will be discussing biodiversity and sustainability at the seventh edition of the International Gastromasa Gastronomy Conference in Istanbul on 19 and 20 November.
World-famous chefs, sommeliers, mixologists, gastronomy professionals and leading press will convene at Haliç Congress Center to tackle the industries biggest topics, within the framework of four new areas: Conference, Gastromasa Bar, Gastromasa Pastry, and Gastromasa Hospitality.
The guest list for 2022 is yet to be revealed, but past international stars have included Albert Adria, Elena Arzak, Gaston Acurio, Andoni Aduriz, Virgilio Martínez, Pía León, so watch this space.
