Dozens of world-class chefs will convene to talk, listen and debate at JP McMahon's annual two-day conference on the future of food. Find out how to be a part of it.
Food On The Edge is the international two-day chef symposium that takes annually in Galway City, Ireland.
For this fifth edition of Food On The Edge around 50 chefs will arrive in the city for a series of talks and debates on the future of food.
This year's world-class speaker line-up includes, amongst others, Alex Atala of D.O.M, and New Zealand-born Ben Shewry of Attica restaurant, Columbian chef and winner of 2017 Best Female Chef in Latin America Leonor Espinosa of Leo Cocina y Cava and trailblazer Daniel Giusti, former head chef of Noma in Copenhagen.
Each will offer their own unique perspective in a series of 15-minute talks on the cultural, social, environmental and educational aspects of food in a friendly and all encompassing forum.
Dozens of Irish food producers will also showcase their produce in the Artisan Food Village making it a great opportunity to try local specialities and connect with the local food scene.
