Flavor! Napa Valley Offers Great Food and Wine

Napa Valley is gearing up for its annual Flavor! festival, which celebrates the bounty of the region. The food and wine festival will take place November 19th through the 23rd and will offer visitors a chance to sample some of the best food, wine, cheeses and olive oil in the country.

Participating chefs include Todd English, Michael Chiarello, Rocco DiSpirito, Duff Goldman and Masaharu Morimoto. More than 100 wineries will be in attendance including Robert Mondavi, Chandon, Stone Hill, Peju, Patel, Merryvale, Kuleto and Beringer.

Highlights of the five-day festival include a sushi and sashimi class titled Sushi & Sake...Morimoto Style, From Olive to Oil workshop and a class on Winemaker for a Day. For a full schedule of events, visit the Flavor! Napa Valley website.
