Creative Chefs Summit 2021

Creative Chefs Summit returns to Kiev in Ukraine on 27 November, on this year's theme: 'transformation'. 

Five international chefs will join a selection of Ukrainian chefs on stage to explore this theme through workshops, presentations and discussions.

This year's international speakers include Ollie Dabbous from Hide in London, Diego Prado, the research and development chef from Alchemist in Copenhagen, Xavi Donnay from Lasarte in Spain, and Nicolas Decloedt and Caroline Baerten from vegetarian restaurant Humus x Hortense in Belgium.
