The second dinner in the ingredient-swap series Brazil Flavors will take place on 24 October at Lasai restaurant in Rio de Janeiro. This time the dish will be cooked with ingredients provided by Luiz Filipe Souza from Evvai in São Paulo, and will be included on the degustation menu on the night.

Lasai, is a cosmopolitan restaurant owned by chef Costa e Silva and his wife Malena Cardiel. Its gastronomy is new, vibrant, light, mature and sensual. Using modern techniques and Brazilian ingredients from small farmers in Rio de Janeiro, and those grown in his own gardens, Rafa creates dishes with an emphasis on vegetables, but without sacrificing the freshest products from the sea and the best meats.
