If eating out is all about the experience, discover what happens at Brazil Flavors - a new ingredient-swap series, in which chefs from some of Brazil's finest restaurants challenge their peers to cook up a menu using the ingredients they send them.
Here are the final dinner-swap dates for the diary.
5 November
Maní, São Paulo
Lasai in Rio de Janeiro will send their chosen selection of ingredients to Mani in São Paulo for this exclusive invite-only event.
7 November
Manuzita, Curitiba
Next up, Mani will choose the ingredients to send to pop-up restaurant Manuzita when chef Manu Buffara will cook a special dish during the lunch menu on Saturday at this open event. Be sure to book a spot.
9 November
Nelita, São Paulo
Manuzita will choose the ingredients to send to Nelita, a new restaurant in Sao Paulo by chef Tássia Magalhães, due to open in the middle of November. By invite only.
10 November
Origem, Bahia
Restaurant Origem in Bahia will prepare a private dinner with ingredients sent by chef Tássia Magalhães from Nelita.
14 November
A casa do Porco, São Paulo
Join the final celebratory dinner of the series at the renowned A Casa do Porco in São Paulo, #6 on Latin America's 50 Best Restaurant list, on 14 November.
A special addition to the lunch degustation menu will also include a dish cooked with the ingredients of a S. Pellegrino Box in this event that welcomes the public.
