ATOBOY and S.Pellegrino Present 'On the Line' Part Two
The New York event that celebrates and supports restaurant line cooks returns for another dinner in November, and you can nominate the chefs you think should attend. Find out more.
New York restaurant ATOBOY, in partnership with S.Pellegrino, presents the second inspiring evening in their 'On the Line' series this November (Date TBC), with nominations now open to the public.
Restaurant managers, chefs, teammates, and/or any restaurant-adjacent figures, are all invited to nominate a line cook they think should be treated to a special dining experience on their night off, in the New York event that helps celebrate and support line cooks.
How to Nominate
From Wednesday, September 8, 2021 through Thursday, September 30, 2021 nominate a deserving line-cook for this November's 'On the Line'.
The inaugural event in June 2021 hosted over 45 line cooks from kitchens across New York City in the ATOBOY dining room. The complimentary multi-course tasting menu was prepared by Junghyun Park and the sous chefs of ATOBOY, with wine pairings from beverage director Jhonel Faelnar.
