The World’s 50 Best Bars has announced its first tranche of entries into the list, with the 51-100 placings.
London leads the way for new entries with four in Tayer + Elementary, Scafes Bar, Satan’s Whiskers and Donovan Bar. Rome claims to new entries with Baccano and Drink Kong. Other bars to grace the list for the first time include Siete Negronis, Santiago; Sin+Tax, Johannesburg; Nutmeg and Clove, Singapore; Tropic City, Bangkok; The Pontiac, Hong Kong, PS40, Sydney, Mabel, Paris and Clover Club, New York.
With a thriving bar scene in London and the city playing host to some of the big hotters that will compete at the top end of the list 50-1 placings, it’s the perfect location to host, as they did last year, the awards ceremony for the World’s 50 Best Bars on October 3rd.
