What does a proper ramen chef actually think of cheap instant ramen from a packet?
Buzzfeed asked chef Douglas Kim of the Jeju Noodle Bar in New York, which serves a variety of Korean-influence noodle soups, to work his way through assorted instant ramens and then filmed his reactions.
There’s no beating a steaming bowl of fresh ramen of course, but his verdict on one or two of these instant ramens might surprise you – watch below.
