Moderated by legendary food writer Jonathan Gold, the discussion, which is sponsored by S.Pellegrino, is part of the Food Bowl festival which is organised by the LA Times.
The talk between the five chefs will take place at the Ace Theatre but, never fear, those who want to tune into the action will be able to watch a Livestream below.
The panel of chefs are expected to focus in on the theme of sustainability, a growing topic that’s caught the attention of many chefs in recent years. It makes sense that food waste will feature big on the bill, the event is organised by Food for Soul, Bottura’s initiative that sets up community kitchens around the world, where they transcend the idea of food waste while feeding people most in need.
