Video - A Trip to The Sportsman in England

Here’s a great video produced by the Perennial Plate for FoodieTV with chef Stephen Harris from the one Michelin starred Sportsman pub in Canterbury, England.

The Sportsman has become a favourite of many chefs, critics and customers, with their cuisine created using locally sourced ingredients helping create wonderfully rich dishes that work to express the area from which they are born.

The video spends a day with Harris who goes to meet some of his producers and offers up some insight on how the history of Canterbury can be tasted on the plate.
