The Michelin Guide for Switzerland 2015 has been released with 18 new restaurants in the country receiving their first ever star.
There were no new entries in the two star or three star category and a total of 11 different restaurants were actually demoted, loosing their first star.
In total, the Michelin Guide for Switzerland 2015 features a total of two three-star restaurants, 19 two-star restaurants and a 96 one-star restaurants.
