Roca Brother's El Somni Summer Teaser

In a new video tweeted by Jordi Roca we are shown another glimpse inside the Roca Brothers immense new culinary opera El Somni.

You hear from some of those lucky enough to sample the experience and find out more about the wide range of disciplines that was brought together to help make the video possible.

There's a great clip at the end from Ferran Adria who, sitting at the El Somni table, tells Joan Roca that it may be best caution ever made on a table.
