This weekend René Redzepi, Alex Atala and other famous chefs will convene in London for the launch of the Cook It Raw cookbook.
The book is the companion to the Cook It Raw events in which avant-garde chefs travel to remote places and cook meals with local ingredients. The most recent Cook It Raw gathering took place in Poland last summer.
The launch of the cookbook will be celebrated on Sunday with a presentation featuring Redzepi, Atala, Albert Adrià and Daniel Patterson, Cook it Raw co-founder Andrea Porcelli and John Mulholland, editor of the Observer.
The event which will feature a panel discussion and Q&A session with the audience. It will be held at the Royal Geographical Society in London. For more information and tickets to the event, click here.
Redzepi's restaurant Noma currently tops the World's 50 Best Restaurants list, which is sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna. Atala's D.O.M. in Sao Paolo ranks fourth on the list.
