Ahead of their upcoming elBulli wine auction, Sotheby's has published an enlightening interview with Ferran Adrià.
Adrià opens up about his feelings on the auction, his formative years as a chef and his a few of his favorite things. Did you know the Michelin-starred chef hasn't bought a pair of shoes in 15 years? Or that his favorite food is a Spanish omelette?

Sotheby's will auction elBull's massive wine collection, restaurant memorabilia and a dinner with Adrià on April 3rd in Hong Kong and April 26th in New York.
