Preview Massimo Bottura's First Cookbook With Phaidon (Video)

Fresh off reclaiming the third spot in the World's 50 Best Restaurants list, Italian chef Massimo Bottura is giving the world a glimpse of his first cookbook with Phaidon.

The acclaimed chef of Osteria Francescana (which boasts three Michelin stars) in Modena will debut his whimsical-sounding Never Trust a Skinny Italian Chef this fall. 

Publisher Phaidon reports the book is "a chronicle of Bottura's 25-year career through 50 recipes, each accompanied by short text that sheds light on the his creative process and techniques."
