The new LocoL restaurant from chefs Daniel Patterson and Roy Choi is set to open on January 18th in Watts, Los Angeles. In a post on Choi’s Instagram, Choi said: “Your support has been instrumental and we so look forward to seeing you on this pretty darn important day.”
The duo announced their plans to revolutionise the fast food industry back in 2014 when they took to the stage at the MAD Food Symposium and presented their idea for LocaL - a fast casual restaurant that will cook fresh and affordable food everyday in communities that are often overlooked when it comes to nutritious food offerings.
The Watts LocaL branch will open at 11.30 am on January 18th - a day that marks the begging of what could be one of the most revolutionary food brands of the year.
