The Top Chef alum has drawn on her LA roots, close friends and family traditions to create an easy, delicious and non-traditional Friendsgiving menu, full of colour and flavour, along with some amazing tips and tricks and a big side serving of feel-good vibes.

First up on the menu is the comforting and colourful 'carrot turmeric wellness soup with spiced cashew', followed by 'whole roasted branzino with preserved lemon & pepita wilted market greens' for the main course, and to finish, 'chocolate cranberry ganache tart with orange-scented whip cream', inspired by her father's sweet tooth.
