The Nobu Hospitality brand is set to expand after the announcement they will open a number of new hotels around the world including locations in Miami, Chicago, Manila, Bahrain, Riyadh and London - adding to their existing line of restaurants and hotels.
The 156 room hotel in London will be the first European hotel in the groups portfolio. It will open on Willow Street in London’s Shoreditch area.
The Nobu Hotel in Shoreditch will be an eye catching design thanks to the way the five floors of the building will be placed on top of each other with angular overhangs, lush layers of glass and protruding edges.
These strong lines will be softened by the inclusion of green balconies and a landscaped graden at the Eastern side of the building.
There’s no details on the exact menu but food and beverage menus will all be developed by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa specifically for the hotel.
With the first Nobu Hotel at Ceasar’s Palace in Las Vegas housing the world’s largest Nobu restaurant at over 12,000 square feet, it wouldn’t be surprising if London welcomes a third Nobu restaurant when the hotel opens in 2016.
