The Michelin Main Cities of Europe guide has been announced for 2016 and it features a massive 519 starred restaurants across 44 cities.
The guide, which collects the results of all the major cities in Europe, is a great resource for anyone travelling with food in mind.
Compared with 2015, the 2016 Michelin Main Cities of Europe guide features five new three-starred restaurants, 15 newly awarded two starred restaurants and 48 newly awarded one star restaurants.
In total there are 19 restaurants with three stars, 88 restaurants with two-stars and 412 restaurants with one star.
Speaking about the publication, editor Rebecca Burr said “It’s great to see so many new Stars awarded this year, especially to restaurants in these emerging cities.”
