Maria Sharapova has been the highest paid female athelete for the past eight years and things just got a little sweeter for her. The Russian tennis superstar just launched her own candy line.
Named Sugarpova, the line offers twelve premium gummy candies in fun shapes like sugar coated lips and tennis balls. With names like Flirty, Cheeky and Smitten, the candy line aims to adds a touch of playfulness and luxury to the market.
Sugarpova is sold online and at It's Sugar stores across the United States. But beware, a third of the candy has already sold out on the Sugarpova online shop. Each bag sells for $5.99 and portion of every purchase is given to the Maria Sharapova Foundation.
Maria explained why she launched her own candy line:"Since I've always had a sweet tooth I wanted to find myself in the candy business somehow. Watch the video to find out more."
