Gin has been highlighted as the drink of the hour as more and more people start to appreciate the variety and just how well it works with cocktails.
One of the newest gin spots to gain attention is The London Gin Club at the Star at Night bar in London.
Time Out have just posted a four star review of the bar which is dedicated to gin with over nearly 200 different varieties of the drink.
The review says the club serves gins in ‘whacking great goblets’ and that people can actually order tasting menus of different gins to sample a number of different styles.
