Many people claim that some of the best sushi in the world comes from Sukiyabashi Jiro in Tokyo.
The restaurant and its owner Jiro Ono were the focus of the award winning Jiro Dreams of Sushi documentary. The tiny spot has three Michelin stars and was the placw Barack Obama decided to dine on a recent trip to Tokyo.
The sushi served by Jiro is classed as the height of the cuisine with perfect rice, fish and technique displayed in every dish they serve.
