The winners of The James Beard Foundation's Book, Broadcast, and Journalism finalists for 2015 have been announced.
The awards cover a wide range of different tops from best cookbook of the year right through to best video webcast and best personal essay.
The Best Cookbook of The Year award was given to Yucatán by David Sterling while Best Individual Food Blog went to Orangette by Molly Wizenberg.
