Food on Instagram is going from strength to strength with the number of people sharing their food snaps on the social network increasing daily.
It's ease of use, catchy filters and ability to make most snaps seem attractive have made it a close companion for most food lovers and now it seems restaurants want in on people's urge to share.
The Latin restaurant Comoda in New York has created a unique way for customers t share their food pictures from inside the restaurant. By adding #ComodoMenu to food snaps in Instagram customers share their pictures for a virtual menu.
It's an interesting approach from a restaurant wanting to harness the increasing amount of people snapping while they eat and one that could easily be added to through building custom digital menus on ipads or screens in the restaurant.
