If you've ever fancied having a go at making your own elBulli inspired recipes at home now is your chance with these new ingredient kits from Ferran and Albert Adria.
Working alongside Guzmán Gastronomía and Solegraells the brothers have created a line of four different molecular ingredient kits that cover everything from spherification.
The kits consist of four themes "Cuisine", "Patisserie", "Cocktail" and "Spherification" each coming with textures, measuring spoons, a recipe book and some ideas from the Adrias on how to put them to good use.
If you really want to experiment in the kitchen and add some Gluco Algin, Xanthan Gum, Agar, Algin and a whole other range of interesting ingredients then these are the kits for you.
