Iconic Dishes: Waiting for Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants 2017

This year, Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna will return on 24 October 2017. The ceremony will take place in Bogotá at 8.30pm local time, and will be live-streamed in its entirety on Fine Dining Lovers.

Ahead of the 2017 ceremony, while waiting to find out who will be #1, we have decided to take a look at the top 10 placed restaurants on the 2016 list: from Virgilio Martinez’s Central restaurant in Peru, to Mexico’s Biko, enjoy a gallery of 10 iconic dishes from last year’s top 10 Latin American restaurants at the top of the page.
