How to Make Pasta Shapes

Here’s another great video from Jamie Oliver’s Food Tube channel showing you how to make your own pasta shapes at home.

The video is with the Italian chef Gennaro Contaldo who passes on his knowledge on how to make a mix of different pasta shapes in your kitchen at home.

Although each pasta may start with the same recipe, it’s amazing how many different shapes can be made and how each style provides it’s own texture.

Contaldo rustles up all sorts of pasta shapes from gnocchetti to orecchiette, fusilli to lasagne sheets.
