So far he's covered carrot soup and how to make perfect cheese sauce. The videos are useful and usually show of an approach that's a little different to the norm.
Most recently Scott has showed the world how to make your very own puffed rice snacks.
Scott shows that they are actually made by puffing rice, similar to making popcorn, and just how easy it is to do at home.
Scott explains the importance of moisture content in the puffed rice mixture and how you'll need a little trial and error before you obtain the perfect puff to your rice.
