As a way to celebrate the hard work done by chefs in Canada’s restaurant kitchens, S.Pellegrino is holding a series of events that allows them to enjoy the service they work so hard to provide every day.
All over Canada, chefs tolerate stress, high temperatures, difficult hours and minimal holidays, all so we can enjoy our favourite food in our favourite restaurants. These chefs commit themselves to a life of service because it’s their passion. But all too often, that service goes unrecognised.
S.Pellegrino is calling on Canada’s community to nominate a line chef for a place at the table at their Heart of House events. The participating chefs will enjoy an evening on the other side of the pass, with fine food and the company of their peers.
The first event will honour GTA line cooks on Wednesday, 18 May, 2022. Nominations are due by Wednesday, 27 April, 2022. Click here to nominate a colleague.
