Chocolatier Jacques Torres and a slew of artists, designers, architects and photographers have created haute couture eggs for the New York City Easter Egg Hunt - the largest in the world.
The collection features over 260 unique egg sculptures hidden through the city's five boroughs. Torres' giant chocolate Easter egg weighs 100 pounds and is decorated with the New York skyline. Other eggs are adorned with frills, paint and even handwriting. It's all part of the ongoing Fabergé Big Egg Hunt that will end on April 17th.
Some of the haute couture Easter eggs were designed by Ralph Lauren, Martha Stewart, Diane von Furstenberg, Carolina Herrera, Peter Beard and Marc Quinn. Below you'll see some of their amazing work. The eggs will be on display at the Rockefeller Center on April 18th-25th before being auctioned for charity.
