Described by the Los Angeles Times as, 'the kitchen tool for the pastry chef who has everything', this knife is produced by the Berti workshop, an artisanal workshop from Italy that has been operating for 117-years.
The knife is made by hand and designed to easily cut through large pieces of chocolate - something which can often be frustrating in the kitchen.
The Berti Workshop also produce a set of beautiful hand crafter cheese knives.
