Grant Achatz and his team at Next are back with a fun video announcing the restaurant's new tapas-themed menu which will run until September. The Spanish theme follows their successful Bistro-style menu which ran from January to May.
To seek inspiration for their menu Achatz and his team, which included Dave Beran and Mike Bagale, traveled to Spain back in March. Their mission was to research tapas and pinxtos (served in Basque Country) and they shot over 3,000 photographs in the process.
Those photos are the base of this postcard-themed video. You'll be blown away by the views of Barcelona, Marbella and San Sebastian; the experiences (they met with Ferran Adrià); and the mouthwatering food which, most certainly, has inspired the chefs to create amazing dishes at Next. Take a look:
