Grant Achatz and the team at the NEXT restaurant are back with their first instalment of 2015, a fun trailer for their upcoming Bistro themed menu.
We brought you the news of their latest menu offerings at the end of last year and the first up looks set to transport diners back to the wonderful tastes, sights, sounds and smells of Paris back in 1910.
The chef and crew promise to embrace the bistro ethos of simple dishes revolving around an ever-changing set of chalkboard specials.
The cute little animation the team have created shows Chicago as it falls under the spell of the warming glow of a cute Parisian bistro - a place to step in from the cold and lap up some of the cuddly goodness of those classic French dishes, sure to be served with a healthy dollop of that wonderful NEXT flare.
