For years, the photography of Modernist Cuisine has fascinated fans of the groundbreaking cookbook. Now, a new collection of images developed by Nathan Myhrvold and his team are available as prints for your home.
The mesmerizing pictures have been reproduced as high-quality matte prints measuring 17 inches by 12 inches (43.2 x 30.5 cm). Only 100 editions of each print will be released and each work comes with a certificate of authenticity.
The collection includes the iconic Steaming Broccoli Cutaway (pictured above), the first-ever cutaway attempted by Myhrvold and his photography team.
Levitating Hamburger, which features the gravity-defying components of the ultimate cheeseburger, is another famous print available for sale.
The other two prints available at this time are Cabbage Close-Up, a striking image of the inside of the vegetable, and The Hidden Garden, which showcases colorful vegetables growing underneath the soil.
The prints retail for $150 a piece and are available exclusively at Artspace. The website will feature additional Modernest Cuisine prints in the future so it's worth checking back often.
